The most interesting proposal—one that, in our view, complies with current laws and regulations—would be to take on the challenge of designing a creative connection between the two existing urban forms, establishing a balanced transition that fosters harmony in the urban fabric and space.

Given the difficulty of reaching even a minimal consensus among the myriad opinions—which are not always adequately supported by legal provisions—the proposal now under consideration is clearly conservative, thus creating a sharp break between two elements that do not even engage in dialogue through contrast.
