Competition proposal developed by Teixeira Duarte Engenharia e Construções and MC Arquitectos for the future Hospital de Todos os Santos, to be built in the parish of Marvila, Lisbon (winning design proposal).

In a vast area in need of redevelopment and full integration into the city, the architectural design proposes two different scales: a smaller, more fragmented one at the neighborhood level, and a larger, more continuous one at the scale of a high-speed thoroughfare.
